Research Associate, Department of Biomedical Informatics, Harvard Medical School
I am currently a PhD student in the Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics program, and joined the Raychaudhuri Lab in 2018. I am interested in leveraging multiple modalities of molecular and environmental data to understand differences in disease risk. My research currently focuses on integrating multimodal single-cell and genetic data to identify immune risk factors for tuberculosis progression. During undergrad, I did research in psychiatric genetics at Yale, where I studied Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry and Computer Science. Outside of research, I enjoy reading longform journalism, doing some of my own writing, and exploring Boston on foot.
